Exchanges and refunds are accepted free of charge in the following cases:

• Faulty or damaged items
• Incorrect item received
• Incorrect size sent

Other Exchange & Refund Requests

• For reasons other than those listed above, exchanges and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.

• Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility for all exchange and refund requests, except for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

• Processing may take up to 14 working days.

• Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

• Kindly check the size charts well before placing your order.
